If you're encountering an issue, or have a question about the add-on, please submit a support ticket in our Support Service Desk and include any additional information you can provide, from steps to reproduce, your browser version, Jira version, or even a sample Screenshot/Screencast if possible to allow us to diagnose & fix issues faster.
If your issue is on Jira Server/Data Center, it would be helpful if you could generate a Jira Support Zip and submit that with any details about the issue you're encountering.
For issues with a Jira Cloud plugin, letting us know the url of your Jira/Confluence instance is always helpful.
NOTE: If the support zip is larger than 15 MB (too large to receive by email) - you can easily attach it to the support ticket within Service Desk, or alternatively contact us via email, and we will provide a secure location to upload the support zip.
